My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, although we did notice a slight odor upon entering and remnants in the mini fridge from a previous visitor. The staff was cheerful, courteous, and helpful, even offering a better deal. The location was excellent, right across from the visitor center and close to many restaurants and shops. The buffet dining experience was satisfactory but could have offered more fresh options. Overall, a decent value for the money.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were lacking a mini-fridge, and the temperature was consistent at 67/68 degrees, plus a musty smell lingered. As a Hilton Honors member, I didn't receive an upgrade, leading to an uncomfortable bed and a bathroom in need of attention. On the bright side, the cable service was not working properly.
Rooms
5.0
The room had no mini-fridge, was consistently at 67/68 degrees, and had a musty odor. No upgrade offered as a Hilton Honors member, resulting in a lumpy bed and issues with the bathroom. Cable service was also not functional.
Service
6.0
The service varied during my stay. While some staff members were friendly and extremely helpful, others were less than courteous. There was a mix-up with our room reservation through Booking, and we were not attended to promptly.
Location
7.0
The hotel is not conveniently located near major tourist attractions but makes up for it with nearby supermarkets and plenty of dining options. It was helpful for booking tours, yet its position on a blind alley may be off-putting for some. Its proximity to King Street adds some convenience.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience at the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of fresh and delicious options like pressed juices, Chobani smoothies, and high-quality fruits. The homemade organic products added a nice touch to the meal.
